John A. Cole formally trained in theatre in the late 1990’s, as well as spending most of his childhood completing numerous drama exams through the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA).
In early 2000 he took up traveling with twelve months Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO) in Japan and then a few year later spent six months traveling Australia. Due to this he never really had the chance to make a career in the theatre industry but has always kept in a keen interest.
He attends many performances across the country and in May 2018 he began writing reviews, you can read his first by clicking here. If you would like John to review your work please click here for more information.

The beginning of 2018 he took up writing seriously, starting by posting weekly on this blog, then in March of the same year started writing his first novel with an intention of publication in 2019.
John also writes a series called, The Life Experience Journal in which he shares some of his experiences from wearing hearing aids to finding the right volunteer work when going abroad, click here to view.
